November 11, 2013 Leaves are so much fun, but don't forget the Veterans

Today is Veterans Day so I would like to take the time to thank all the service members and their families for the sacrifices they make for our country. We have an amazing country and these men and women are responsible for a large portion of our freedom and amazing lifestyles.

Because mommy had the day off work for the holiday, Alissa and Rose got together for a play date. We ate lunch at the park and let the two girls play on the playground. However, I think they enjoyed the leaves on a nearby hill much better. They were giggling, rolling down the hill, and laughing as they jumped and played in piles of leaves.
