September 1&2 Labor Day Weekend

On Sunday, September 1st, we hiked around Tony Grove with cousins. Alissa loved spending time with her second cousins. This first picture is of Alissa copying Logan and climbing up a wall.

Alissa learned to waterski on the EZ Ski Trainer at age four. I purchased this EZ Ski Trainer for only $89 (normally $170) from Cabela's website. Steve's cousin Jamie posted pics of one on Instagram and I just had to have one. They have built in wooden ski's inside with boots for the child to put his/her feet in.  The child starts out sitting on the inflatable chair and then stands up on the ski's when they feel confident enough. It's a fun, safe way for small kids to learn to waterski. They learn the feel of waterski's, but don't have to have the strength to pull themselves up. In addition, they feel safe since the EZ Ski trainer doesn't not tip very easily especially if you follow the directions and don't exceed 10 miles per hour. It's great.
Alissa was so proud of herself. She had such a wonderful time that she skiied three separate times. She stood up her first try and remained standing the majority of the time.
Look how happy she is.
Alissa wanted to share the ski with her cousins. As a result, Jensen learned at age three
 Addie learned at age five
